Our School and Sports Physicals include:

Physical Health Examination
Height and Weight
Blood Pressure
Pulse
Vision Screening
Musculoskeletal health – range of movement
Immunization – our Pediatrician or other providers will make sure your child is up-to-date with all school required vaccines in order to start school without any absence. We offer VFC (Vaccines For Children) program to qualified families.

During the visit, please bring your child’s Immunization Record, if available. Thank you!
