[SCHEDULING]The appointment can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment start time. For any appointment inquiries within 12 hours of the appointment, please call the office during business hours. [RE: SPORTS PHYSICALS]: Sports physicals for students in 12th grade and below will only be accepted on a walk-in basis. Current promotion:$25 Cash / $26 Card. Any appointment that is confirmed to fit this criterion will be canceled.
